NEW TARMAC ENTRANCE FOR SHARED ACCESS – BREDON’S NORTON, VALE OF EVESHAM
Projects
For this practical surfacing project in Bredon’s Norton, Henson Surfacing were appointed to install a tarmac entrance for a couple of dwellings that share a roadway into their homes and to farm fields. The existing access route was prone to mud being tracked onto the roadway due to frequent use by agricultural and heavy vehicles. The brief was to create a clean, durable entrance that would improve usability while reducing ongoing maintenance issues.

Project Overview
The Henson team prepared the access area and installed a new tarmac surface designed to cope with regular vehicle movements, including farm traffic. The finished entrance now provides a smooth, hard-wearing surface that significantly reduces the spread of mud during wet conditions, keeping the shared roadway cleaner and safer for daily use.
This small but effective improvement has made a noticeable difference for both homeowners and farm access, delivering a practical solution that blends neatly into the rural surroundings.
